如題
假設我三餐都不吃澱粉
舉例:早餐豆漿配蛋
午餐:青菜、豆類加魚肉
晚餐同上
總之三餐就是盡可能不吃澱粉
然後澱粉從點心那邊補回來,比如說吃麵包、蛋糕、餅乾、蔥油餅、燒餅等等
這樣是可行的嗎?
